Return Policy

At Lootag.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at help@lootag.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@lootag.com, and we will provide you with further instructions.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom and personalized t-shirts
- Gift cards
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@lootag.com with your order number and details of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: help@lootag.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
